My problem is that even when I create a document in the ProfessionalPlus Word program, when I reopen the document it opens in the starter program rather than the Professional Plus program. I tried following the directions you sent, but they still open in the starter program and when the starter program in uninstalled,I'm still unable to open any of the documents previously opened in the starter program.I feel as though I am rambling, but I don't know how to explain this situation. Any other suggestions? Thanks,KristiKristi Campbell.
